Built in 1988 by GM Yachting Stellendam and Dörr Yachtinteriors, The Netherlands. Sailing ship "Holland" combines excellent sailing characteristics with comfort in classic style.

The ship is very seaworthy and sails fast. Because of these characteristics, many ocean voyages have been made with the ship. Today, the ship has traveled 35,000 nautical miles. As far as safety is concerned, the ship meets all requirements. On deck you will find the beautiful two-masted rig which is easy to operate. On the foredeck is a large sofa with table: a lovely place that serves as a dining area when the weather is good. There is plenty of space to enjoy the sun. From the aft deck you can look over the entire ship.

The "Holland" has a classic teak interior. There are 5 double cabins on board. 4 guest quarters at the front and a crew quarter at the rear of the ship. Headroom is everywhere 2 meters 10, and there is enough storage space on board. The galley is spaciously furnished and has sufficient facilities. The ship was built with the aim of offering maximum luxury, comfort and privacy. Inside the ship is a U-shaped sofa and long table. Opposite the galley is an L-shaped bar.

About the Ship

History

The "Holland" is a replica of the famous Colin Archer ship "Vesta", a sailing ship with which the Danish royal family sailed the world's seas. The design of the "Vesta" dates back to 1894. In 1988 it was decided to build a replica of steel because of the great sailing characteristics of the "Vesta". The "Holland" is the end result.
